New Partnership Brings Flexible Fertility Care to More Families Across North America

IVI RMA Partners with Gaia to Expand Access to Affordable Fertility Care

IVI RMA North America, a major provider of fertility services with more than 22 IVF labs across the U.S. and Canada, has formed a new partnership with Gaia, a pioneer in value-based fertility care. This collaboration aims to make fertility treatments more accessible and affordable by focusing on outcomes rather than procedures.

By combining IVI RMA’s medical expertise with Gaia’s innovative financial model, the two companies are creating new opportunities for people seeking to grow their families. The model offers patients access to multiple IVF cycles with built-in financial protection, even if they are on a fixed budget.

Patients can choose flexible payment plans through Gaia. Options include paying upfront, monthly, or only after achieving a successful outcome. This structure is designed to ease the financial burden often associated with fertility care.

“This collaboration with Gaia shows our deep commitment to putting patients first,” said Lynn Mason, CEO of IVI RMA North America. “It’s not just about offering top medical outcomes. It’s about making those outcomes financially achievable for more individuals and couples.”

In addition to medical treatment, patients will also benefit from Gaia’s wraparound care services. These include personal concierge support, counseling sessions, and community engagement events. The goal is to offer a more supportive and holistic fertility experience, regardless of a patient’s income, job situation, or relationship status.

“We believe fertility care should be available to everyone,” said Nader AlSalim, founder and CEO of Gaia. “Patients should pay for what they truly want—results. Partnering with IVI RMA, a top-performing group with cutting-edge research and talent, helps us bring that vision to life.”

IVI RMA North America is known for its strong outcomes. The network includes Reproductive Medicine Associates, Boston IVF, and Toronto’s TRIO. So far, it has helped welcome more than 220,000 babies into the world. It has also published over 1,000 scientific studies and led the way in key fertility innovations like PGT-A testing, single embryo transfer, and fertility preservation.

Gaia, on the other hand, is changing how people pay for fertility services. It offers access to top-performing clinics while taking on financial risk itself. This means patients only pay if treatment leads to success. The company also offers emotional and logistical support to help families through the process.

The partnership aims to support patients seeking immediate IVF treatment or planning for the future through egg or embryo freezing. By combining clinical strength with financial flexibility and personal care, IVI RMA and Gaia hope to make fertility treatment a reality for more people across North America.
