The 2025 edition of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) has raised an impressive $7.6 million USD for men’s health initiatives, marking its most successful year yet.
Held on Sunday, May 18, the global charity event brought together over 127,000 riders from around the world. Participants donned dapper outfits and rode classic and vintage-style motorcycles through 1,038 organized rides in 108 countries.
Founded to support men’s health causes, the DGR continues to fundraise for Movember, a leading global charity focused on mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. This year marks the 10th year of partnership between the DGR and Movember.
Canadian rider Joseph Mancinelli was named the top fundraiser of 2025. Riding in Hamilton, Ontario, he collected $62,624.75 in donations this year alone. Since his first ride in 2017, Mancinelli has raised a total of more than $550,000. As a reward, he will receive a Triumph Bonneville Scrambler 1200 Icon Edition.
Team Triumph, representing the global Triumph Motorcycles community, made a strong showing this year with 491 riders. The team raised $130,000 for Movember. The top five fundraisers from the team won exclusive clothing from the DGR & Triumph Collection.
Among the standout participants were Lee Morrison, the stunt coordinator for the James Bond films, and four-time World Enduro Champion Paul Edmondson. Morrison rode a Bonneville Bobber, while Edmondson participated on a Scrambler 400 X in Warwickshire, UK.
“What an event!” Edmondson said. “It’s great to see so many Triumphs and classic bikes all in one place. It’s a brilliant showcase for our biker community. Lots of money raised too, for a cause that means a lot to me and so many others.”
New Zealand also made a powerful contribution. Rides took place from Whangarei in the north to Invercargill in the south, raising a combined total of $180,132.
At the London ride, Movember’s Director of Global Innovations, Dan Cooper, presented a custom hand-painted Triumph fuel tank to Ramsey Sayed of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. The gift marked a decade of fundraising collaboration between DGR and Movember.
Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of Triumph Motorcycles, praised the participants. “Thank you to these incredible fundraisers who raise such large sums for Movember year after year,” he said. “It was fantastic to see so many riders showing how much our community cares about men’s health—on Triumph motorcycles, with a mix of modern classics, special editions, vintage models, and custom builds.”
Mark Hawwa, the founder of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, expressed pride in the movement’s growth. “Our 14th Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride did not disappoint,” he said. “2025 was our most successful yet—not just in funds raised, but in lives reached and conversations started. With Triumph’s support, we’re driving a global movement that saves lives and reminds the world that men’s health matters.”
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is set to return next year on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
